Cotton like Veloutee. Rinses off easily and
Leaves no greasy film.

Using about one pump spread the concentrate evenly
on face, neck and décolleté. Then wet your fingertips with
a little warm water and massage in circular, upward movements.
remove with upward strokes using a DRY washcloth, then
wet the same washcloth and go over face, neck and chest again
rinse well with warm water and pat dry.
